Implemented by the compiler-injected OPcache prelude.

Parameters:

• $filename (mixed)
• $force (mixed), default false, optional

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through an injected elephc-PHP prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): not available inside eval’d code.
