Returns the type of a variable as a string.

Parameters:

• $value (mixed)

Returns: string

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/types/gettype.rs).
