Parameters:

• $writer (mixed)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through an injected elephc-PHP prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/xml/xmlwriter_end_dtd.rs).
