Truncates a file to a given length.

Parameters:

• $stream (resource)
• $size (int)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/filesystem/ftruncate.rs).
