Checks if a stream is a local stream.

Parameters:

• $stream (resource)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/string/stream_is_local.rs).
