Outputs a formatted string using an array of values.

Parameters:

• $format (string)
• $values (array)

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/formatting/vprintf.rs).
