Tells whether the filename is a directory.

Parameters:

• $filename (string)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/filesystem/is_dir.rs).
